Ascott Reit
Bought some Ascott Reit today. NAV is $1.57/unit. Price over NAV is 0.54. This is the herd effect on Reits. Investors are throwing away equity with a reasonable NAV. Even when adjustment is made to a lower property price, the current price is overly discounted. May consider to buy more if price continues to fall. Caveat Emptor shall apply.
