Long term investment (I have hold equity of a company for 15 years till it was removed from listing)
Companies that give good dividends
Companies with good corporate governance
At least 5% ROI
Reading company financial statements, ie income statement / balance sheet
Moderate diversification
Unit cost reduction
Power of compounding
