Motherhood

The government recently announced that there will be increasing maternity benefits. These include increasing the number of leave days for mothers and cash incentives. I am thinking how mothers who had given birth just before the annoucement would have felt. Consequently, for those who are planning for children, will a postponement of that decision be considered as more incentives may be coming, looking at how desperate the situation has become?...... Any one trying to create or influent nature ways of things will have its consequences.
